TAF Diagnostic Services — Booking Policy
To ensure quality service and a seamless experience, please review our booking policies below:
1. Appointment Scheduling
All appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or email.
Same-day appointments are subject to availability.
2. Confirmation & Reminders
Clients will receive a confirmation email and/or text upon booking.
Reminder notifications are sent 24–48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
3. Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
4. Late Arrivals
A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed.
Clients arriving after 10 minutes may need to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
6. No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay future services in full.
7. Group & Mobile Bookings
For workplace testing, group bookings, or mobile services, special terms apply. Please contact us directly to arrange these services.
