TAF Diagnostic Services — Booking Policy

To ensure quality service and a seamless experience, please review our booking policies below:

1. Appointment Scheduling

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or email.

  • Same-day appointments are subject to availability.

2. Confirmation & Reminders

  • Clients will receive a confirmation email and/or text upon booking.

  • Reminder notifications are sent 24–48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

3. Payment Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

4. Late Arrivals

  • A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed.

  • Clients arriving after 10 minutes may need to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

6. No-Shows

  • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay future services in full.

7. Group & Mobile Bookings

  • For workplace testing, group bookings, or mobile services, special terms apply. Please contact us directly to arrange these services.
